Classes Offered...

Students will be placed in the appropriate age and level of class based on dance experience at the discretion of the instructor

Minimum Age accepted 1/2 and must be potty trained


Creative Kids Combination Class

  •  Preschool through Kindergarden

This is an awesome class to channel the creative energy of young children into the love of movement expressed though dance. This hour long class incorporates Ballet, Tap,Creative Movement and Tumbling. This class introduces ballet to the beginning student with focus on gross motor skills and repetition. Tap dance is introduced with up beat kid friendly music and props that enhance learning and creativity. For tumbling the students will learn simple acrobatic skills and be able to express their creativity freely. 


Hour Long Combination Class

  • 1st grade through 5th grade

This is our most popular hour long class because it features two dance disciplines. Ballet / Tap for beginning students, or Tap / Jazz for students with dance experience over the age of eight.  This class is structured with a half an hour of each dance discipline and is great for a beginning recreational student to recieve a thorough introduction to dance. Each half of the class will offer detailed instruction with focus on specific techniques and precision of movement from Ballet, Tap and or Jazz dance disciplines.

1 Hour 30 Minute Combination Class

  • 2nd grade through 5th grade

This hour and a half class features 45 minute sections of 2 dance disciplines. Ballet & Jazz or Tap & Jazz. This is a great class for students who want to learn and master more dance disciplines. Each 45 minute section of class will offer detailed instruction with focus on specific techniques and precision of movement fromBallet, Tap and Jazz dance disciplines. This  class is the Best Value for the amount of instruction recieved.

Hour Long Classes

Features 1 hour of only Ballet, Tap, Jazz,

 or Contemporary

  • 9 and older with 1-year experience

Classes offered at the hour long level are for students who are committed to learning more in the dance discipline or their choice. Hour long classes take students beyond the introductory techniques and movement. Classes are structured with barre, across floor, center floor, and routines. Students in these classes benefit from small class sizes  which enable the instructor to focus students individual needs and progress further within each class.


Hip Hop Classes

  •  no experience needed

This is a Fun, High Energy class for recreational students interested in learning routines influenced by the current and new styles of street dance. All routines are taught to current Clean Age Appropriate music with Age Appropriate Choreography.




Dress Code 

All students are required to wear proper dancewear for all classes. Proper dancewear enables the instructor to evaluate the students body alignment and technique while in class, and also establishes discipline within class.

Proper clothing for Classes include:

Proper dance attire enables the teacher to see the dancers’ positions and movement in order to give necessary corrections for the benefit of the dancer’s education. A dress code also teaches discipline, which is important in an art as demanding as dance.


Preschool and kindergarten classes:

  • Black leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Shoes, and Black Tap Shoes.

Tap/jazz combo classes: 

  • Solid colored leotard, Pink or tan Tights, jazz shorts or leggings, jazz shoes and Black Tap Shoes.

Hour Long Ballet: 

  • Solid colored leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Shoes, ballet skirt/"trash bag" shorts (optional).

Hour Long Tap: 

  • Leggings and or dance shorts, leotard and/or loose dance shirt, and Black Tap Shoes.

Hour Long Jazz: 

  • Solid colored leotard, tan Tights and or dance shorts or leggings, jazz shoes.  

Hour Long Contemporary: 

  • Solid colored leotard, Pink or tan Tights or leggings or dance shorts,barefoot, optional footies. 

Hour long hip hop: 

  • Loose fitting top, comfortable pants (leggings, dance shorts, etc). Clean sneakers, combat boots.

Dance Disciplines Defined... 

Ballet - A form of classical dance demanding highly developed technique, grace and precision, executed according to specific gestures and flowing patterns.

Tap - a dance in which the rhythm is sounded out by the clicking taps on the heels and toes of the dancer's shoes.

Jazz -  Any of various dances characterized by the use of improvisation and influenced by rhythms and techniques of ballet, tap and jazz music.

Contemporary -  Although originally informed by borrowing from classical, modern, and jazz styles, it has since come to incorporate elements from many styles of dance, but due to its popularity amongst trained dancers and some overlap in movement type, it is often perceived as being closely related to modern dance, ballet and other classical concert dance styles.

Hip Hop - a dance style that evolves from street dance styles, primarliy danced to hip hop music. This dance style can include a wide range of styles such as breaking, popping, locking and krumping.

Class Levels:

Class Levels:

  • Level 1 - Classes recommended for dancers with 1-3 years dance training

          Beginning dancers recreational level; Ages 2-12;Typically dances 1 class a week


  • Level 2 - Classes recommended for dancers with 3-5 years dance training

          Beginner Plus dancers looking to move to the next level; Ages 6-12

          Typically dances 2 classes a week; Interested in Competition Dance Team (CRU)


  • Level 3 - Classes recommended for dancers with 6+ years of consistent dance training. Intermediate dancer Ages 10 -14; Typically dances 3 classes a week; Eligible to compete with Competition Dance Team (CRU)


  • Level 4 - Classes recommended for dancers with 8+ years of consistent dance training. Advanced dancer Ages 12-18; Typically dances 4-6 classes a week;  Eligible to ompete with Competition Dance Team (CRU)
