Adult contemporary can be hard to find GR especially one that focusses on being intentional about community and giving adults a non competitive space to learn something new. The Skewtheline community believes in stepping outside of societal norms and are looking for adults who want more self expression through movement and are willing to commit time to themselves once a month!
This class is a beginners flow into Kettlebell mobility strength training. As we get older our bodies change, our ability to move is restricted by the habits of life. In this class you will explore the art of moving efficiently and properly while holding a kettlebell. This is not a fitness class, this is a mobility class using a Kettlebell. This class will help you improve your flexibility, posture and build deep core strength. The result of Kettlebell Mobility Strength is a stronger body with less pain in your back, hips and knees
