What is HIH Empowered?
This class will meet three Tuesday nights a month (taking off the first Tuesday of the month) and will be from 8:30pm-9:30pm. The intent of the class is to provide women with another space to get comfortable with their bodies, work on moves we have integrated into our HIH curriculum, and offer a performance opportunity in Over The Top’s Spring Recital!
