Actor For An Afternoon

Our "Actor for an Afternoon" workshop, for ages 6-12, is an acting workshop that will introduce acting and theater to your young artist! This workshop will include acting lessons, acting exercises, games, snacks, and community! Acting and theater is a great way for your young artist to express and learn more about themselves as a performer and an individual! By jumping into theater, young artists are able to improve their speaking skills, boost their confidence, and help them learn how to make friends with new people!

Amy will help you make your own tiny succulent garden — pick a container and favorite succulent plants from her great selection, and she’ll guide you to plant it all up ready to take home of give as a unique gift made with love! 10am-3pm Cost is flexible and depends on the items you pick for your tiny garden. $15+

Fruit Hand Pies!

In this workshop we will walk through making pie pastry, rolling, cutting, filling, folding, and baking handpies. We will talk about how to prepare fillings and will fill and bake several pies for you to take home. 1pm-3pm $10 per person, ages 5+ To sign up call (616) 406-8511 and ask for Karen.

A Classic Mexican Bingo Game

Learn Spanish through a Classic Mexican bingo game called “Loteria”, in which a dealer says the name of the cards being drawn and players fill their spot if they have the card. First player to fill the full card yells “Loteria”. From 3pm-4pm, take a seat at one of the tables outside and join in a FREE game of Loteria! * 10 participants, per game!*

Yard Games
Enjoy some free, family friendly, and community filled activities on the yard!
Enjoy playing multiple yard games, while listening to some fun music! Sit back in the sun with your lawn chair and enjoy some quality time with family, friends, and community!
